Order Processing
Orders ship within 1‑2 business days. Weekend orders ship the following Tuesday. During high‑volume periods (launches, holidays), processing may take longer.

Standard Shipping
FedEx Ground: about 5‑7 days.

Expedited Shipping
Available at checkout via multiple carriers. Processing still takes 1‑2 days; expedited does not bypass processing time. Carrier‑estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed, and shipping fees cannot be refunded for late arrivals. FedEx Express (2‑Day / Overnight) does not deliver on weekends or holidays.

International Returns
Same 30‑day policy, but customers pay return shipping. KLIPOK does not cover shipping costs for international returns/exchanges. Abuse not covered.

To maintain the performance of your KLIPOK carbon fiber surface, regular cleaning is essential. When the ball strikes the paddle, it can leave behind residue — either from the ball itself or debris picked up from the court. This buildup fills the texture of the paddle face, making it feel smoother over time.

To restore the original grip and spin, simply use a microfiber towel with mild soap and water for a quick clean. This will revive your KLIPOK textured surface, which is engineered to last 3x longer than standard raw carbon fiber.

KLIPOK Limited Lifetime Warranty

KLIPOK guarantees its pickleball paddles against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

The warranty applies to the original owner and is non‑transferable.

What’s Covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage from abuse, neglect, or user modification

• Chips to edges of edgeless paddles

• Fading of graphics or surface texture over time

General Terms
KLIPOK has sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle qualifies for coverage. If covered, KLIPOK may either repair or replace the paddle. Replacement paddles do not carry a new warranty.
