KLIPOK Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window for Unused Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your KLIPOK purchase. If you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in brand‑new condition.
Eligibility Requirements
- Purchased directly from KLIPOK’s official website. For purchases from third‑party retailers, please contact them directly.
- Return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked “delivered” by the carrier.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the item must:
- Be in new, unused condition (no signs of play, wear, or testing on the court).
- Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and protective seals (e.g., factory grip wrap must be intact).
- Show no dirt, scuffs, scratches, or any other marks that would indicate use.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale / discounted items (marked “final sale”)
- Gift cards
- Any item that has been used, modified, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at mail@klipok.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the item in its original unused condition
- Reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely (original packaging preferred) and ship using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped).
- Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 3 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Original outbound shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If you used a free shipping promotion, a $7.99 handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange for a different model, follow the same return process and indicate your desired replacement. Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Return shipping for exchanges is covered by KLIPOK only if the original item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
International Returns
- Customers outside the shipping origin country are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. International refunds will be processed in the same manner, but shipping fees are non‑refundable.
