KLIPOK Warranty Policy

At KLIPOK, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every paddle we make. Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Period

  • One (1) year from the date of delivery for all KLIPOK paddles.
  • Accessories (grips, edge tape, bags) are covered for 90 days from delivery.

What Is Covered

KLIPOK will repair or replace (at our discretion) any paddle that has a verified manufacturing defect, including:

  • Delamination or separation of the face from the core
  • Broken or cracked core under normal use (not from impact with hard objects)
  • Faulty edge guard that detaches without abuse
  • Grip defect that affects playability (e.g., factory glue failure)
  • Defects in carbon fiber weave or surface texture that affect performance

What Is NOT Covered

Normal wear and tear, including:

  • Cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or fading of graphics
  • Worn grip surface or edge guard abrasion
  • Reduction of spin over time (normal performance degradation)

Damage caused by:

  • Abuse, misuse, or neglect (e.g., hitting the ground, walls, or objects other than pickleballs)
  • Unauthorized modifications (removing original grip, changing butt cap, drilling, sanding, adding permanent weights)
  • Accidents, extreme temperatures, or moisture exposure
  • Use of the paddle in commercial / rental settings

Also not covered:

  • Paddles purchased from unauthorized resellers (e.g., eBay, secondhand marketplaces)
  • Loss, theft, or shipping damage after delivery (file claim with carrier)

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

1.Email mail@klipok.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
  • Description of how and when the issue occurred

2.Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.

3.If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective paddle (or request that you destroy it, depending on the situation). You will not be required to pay for return shipping.

4.Once verified, we will ship a replacement paddle of the same model (or equivalent if discontinued) at no charge to you.

    Warranty Limitations

    • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
    • Replacement paddles under warranty assume the remaining warranty period of the original product (not a new one-year term).
    • KLIPOK reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a defect is covered under this warranty.

    Regional Notes

    • For customers in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Japan: return shipping for warranty claims is covered by KLIPOK.
    • For other regions: please contact us for case-by-case assistance.
